This is a new brand identity package that I created for a client who was opening a motorcycle accessory shop and wants to eventually expand it to include a cafe’ area. The client wanted to capture the spirit and camaraderie of a motorcycle club as well as the essence of the old west, and it was important to her that he logo, in particular, feature an element that represented the transition from horses to motorcycles as well as including a cross which we worked together to translate into the iron cross seen in the logo. The real challenge with this project was the color palette. It needed to capture colors reminiscent of old western style movies while also being complimentary to a certain orange and black motorcycle brand. It was also important to the client that this branding be able to appear on everything from signage to collateral to shopping bags.
